Seva Business Club presents: ‘Women & Entrepreneurship’
The Seva Business Club is an initiative to promote businesses in the countries of origin of the Diaspora communities in The Netherlands. The Diaspora contribution to growth in the countries of origin is substantial and increasing. This is especially relevant considering the fact that Official Development Aid (ODA) is decreasing in almost all western countries.
The Seva Business Club strives to bring together ambitious entrepreneurs with investment ideas in the countries of origin, financiers and others in order to facilitate the requirements of the Diaspora business back home.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Seva presents:
“Women & Entrepreneurship”
The Seva Business Club will be on Friday 16th of March 2012 at ‘Het Ondernemershuis Vaillantlaan’. The address is Vaillantlaan 154, 2526 HP The Hague.

18:30-18:35 Word of welcome, by Janice Aliar (Seva)
18:35-18:50 ‘Empowering women in Sudan’, by Mary Loboka (stichting BKLVA)
18:50-19:05 ‘Female entrepreneurs in India’, by Ellen Tacoma (Women on Wings)
19:20-20:30 Networking, drinks and warm buffet

The evening is free of charge for members. Members are allowed to bring along one guest who is interested. If you are not a member yet, then we kindly request a modest fee of € 6 per person at the door.
The annual membership fee is € 20 and gives you free entry to all Seva Business Club meetings for a whole year.
