Lead or facilitate networks, create space for discovery
How can you effectively lead, manage and act in a network without hierarchy? Healthy networks can be managed if you recognise patterns in networks. As a leader, a free actor or a facilitator you can stimulate and enable others. This course will focus on your personal capacities when leading and facilitating networks and to take a firm position when needed.
Participants:
You are active in a network as consultant, adviser or
facilitator. You want to improve its dynamics to make it more effective and
want to review your own role.
Course Objectives:
At the end of the course you will:
- Have improved personal skills to lead and facilitate a network
- Be able to recognise patterns in organisations and networks
- Practise with your role and position as a network facilitator
- Know and feel what you can do as a free actor in managing your network and create vital space
Before the course you participate in a personal assessment. The report provides you with an insight into your qualities, your pitfalls and your style of communication. During the course you make use of the findings, you experiment with new behaviour, receive and give feedback.
This course is designed and conducted in cooperation with Dr. Eelke Wielinga, Link Consult, one of the leading Dutch experts in networking.
When you follow both ANM courses, the total fee is € 3400, a discount of 20%.
