MDF Training & Consultancy biedt van 20 t/m 24 juni de cursus ‘Local Government Capacity Development’ aan:

A local government’s mission to realise positive economic, social and environmental changes in their locality requires co-operation with civil society and private enterprise. Establishment of such a local governance system asks for steering, joint implementation, and sustenance of the co-operation process.

This course aims to enlarge your capacity to support local governance systems effectively, by focusing on analytical knowledge and skills (day 1 and 2), on soft skills (day 3, 4, 5) and by using these skills in your specific situation (assignment). A homework assignment is part of this course. The process and results of this assignment will be supported by MDF-coaching after the course (2 hours/person). To enhance learning and innovation the process and results of the assignment will be shared with fellow participants too. Participation in the exchange will be assessed by the trainers and reflected in the course certificate.
