Alliances, platforms, and networks are part of everyday life and everybody is part of a ‘web or webs’. The focus is on your personal capacities when leading and facilitating networks. What can you do as a leader, a free actor or a facilitator? And how to take firm position when needed?
At the end of the course you are able to experience and practise your role and position as a network facilitator. Know and feel what you can do as a free actor in managing your network and know how you can improve your skills and attitude.
